The spacious master bedroom has a queen size 'pillowtop' bed, standard cable TV, telephone and hairdryer. The en-suite comes complete with tub, walk in shower and double vanity unit.
Bedroom 2 has a queen size 'pillowtop' bed, TV and VCR. Bedroom 3 has a full size 'pillowtop' bed, whilst bedroom 4 is a twin-bedded room. In addition to air conditioning, all bedrooms have ceiling fans for your added comfort. The family bathroom has a tub with shower and a hairdryer. Ample linen includes house and beach towels.
The family room and breakfast nook look out onto the pool deck and gardens. Here you will find the entertainment centre offering digital cable TV, a DVD Player, CD Player/Radio and a selection of books and games.
The living room and dining area provide a quieter place to relax. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooker, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer with icemaker, waste disposal unit, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, blender and all necessary cutlery, crockery and glassware. Laundry facilities include a large washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
As with most American homes, there is a double garage and a telephone with free local calls. Needless to say, the house is also licensed and equipped to meet all fire and safety requirements.
